This is Annie. Annie is hereditarily Clear for Progressive retinal Atrophy and Lafora Disease and is also Clear for Disitchiasis. She is by CH Deepdax Overdraft Too Far Emem, out of our German import Ora von den kleinen Banditen at Waldmeister and combines the best of German and English bloodlines. Annie is busy going out and about socialising with everyone and saying hello to canine and human friends. Below are some pictures of her having her first big day out in Hebden Bridge.

Annie made a flying start in the showring, gaining first place at Scottish Kennel Club and Three Counties 2013 and being awarded Best Puppy in Breed at both shows. Annie continued her winning ways at Northwich Open Show where she was 1st in Junior, beat her kennel mates Sam and Hattie for Best of Breed, Best Puppy and Puppy Group 2! At the Cheshire Show on 18th June 2013, Annie was again Best of Breed and Best Puppy. And at Midland Dachshund Open Show in July 2013, Annie again was awarded Best Puppy and Best of Breed, beating our Best Dog Samuel! At Leeds Championship Show Annie was again Best Puppy in Breed. Keep it up Annie!!! Annie was Best Puppy in Breed at Darlington, Best Bitch and Best Puppy at Driffield and Reserve Best Puppy in Show at the Wire Haired Dachshund Open Show!!!

Annie went to her first Crufts in March 2014, where she was 1st in a big class of 11, gaining the final 3 points for her Junior Warrant. At Midland Dachshund Open Show on July 14th 2014, Annie was awarded Best Bitch and her brother Waldmeister Rova To You Emem, was Best Dog and Best of Breed - their half sister, Astral, was Best Puppy! Keep it in the family!!

Annie was awarded the Bitch CC at Paignton Championship Show in August 2015, after winning a nice Limit Bitch class.

Annie had her first day out on the moor on the coldest day of the year .............................. she relished it, not afraid of anything and racing round like a whirling dervish. Her zest for life and enthusiasm are infectious






Annie loves going on the moor with the other dogs ......... she never seems to tire!



Annie was good as gold for her first grooming session ......... let's hope it continues .........
